Chef is an athlete and a musician too. He has run marathons and even extreme running events of 100 miles if I remember correctly. Also, I can't remember, I think it was saxophone that he played for Coach Prime's birthday last year. Respect to the kitchen staff, it is long hours on your feet, much of that can be over a hot grill.

I seen Colorado sports team cafeteria when coach Prime first arrived. The food didn't look too good, or appetizing. The food was not this elaborate and excellent. After about 3 months or so, Chef Carl transformed and revamped that entire cafeteria. The food began to look like 5 star quality food. Also Chef Carl started cooking more soul food meals, and other ethnic foods. Chef Carl was hooking them up and knocking them down in that cafeteria. Colorado Buffs sports department cafeteria isthe absolute best 5 star ⭐ restaurant. I love Chef Carl ❤️❤️

Yesterday was the very first time I had a problem with the CU media relations folks. They should have let Jordan go some more and more with the questions. Jordan stood there like an adult. Made everyone wait on Jordan and answered everything with focus. The NFL media folks are going to be more underneath Jordan and that should have been more experience on that. Coach Prime knows when Coach Prime is rolling with the media, team members better not stop Coach Prime. That's always one thing I haven't understood with the media relations department.
