When a patient books an appointment it is held for 10 minutes, does the practitioner receive some sort of notification to go and manually confirm the appointment? Otherwise, it seems if a patient were to request an appointment while the practitioner is treating another patient, the practitioner would potentially miss the 10 minute window and the appointment request would expire.

Did you make a choice on one or come to any new conclusions over the past year? I’m primarily looking at Jane and SimplePractice too-as well as a couple others, potentially-for use in a chiropractic office with massage therapists and I am not tech savvy at all so I’m having a very hard time comparing these services and making a decision. I’m trying to whittle down my options but it’s hard with how little experienced reviews and such there are online
