One more super nuance you missed is at ending; Nayakkar dies of Four bullets at end, 1st bullet: is on Hand of Kamal. signifying he lost his father at start (A father is one who holds our hand and make path) You could listen Nayakar daughter saying Appa post 1st bullet 2nd bullet: is on Heart (signifying he lost his love, his wife next) 3rd bullet: is on stomach( signifying he lost his child) - like We generally say Children born from our stomach right. 4th bullet : is right on center of forehead, (symbolising his mind and thoughts) Its final nail on the coffin, symbolically representing fulfilling his ideology and theme carried across the movie. Small detail, This Kill scene perfectly summarises entire screenplay of movie in 4 stages using 4 bullets
