Loved the vlog! 😊 I get perioral dermatitis flare ups and have been on antibiotics for them a few times. If I lay down just after taking them, it made me feel so incredibly nauseous! Hopefully they work well for you ☺️ it definitely cleared mine up, but I think stress causes it to keep coming back. Edited to add: I also use the La Roche-Posay moisturiser but I haven't tried the cleanser. Will look into it ☺️

Sunny is adorable, I'm a doggy mum too who also can't swallow tablets therefore had a sinus infection for around 4 yrs, not joking it's a struggle 😊

Aww love sunny ! My cockerpoo hate the sound of the milk foaming noice , it must be super loud for dogs as it’s loud for us , Just bare that in mind , a busy coffee shop inside might be too much for them And need to sit outside

I used to not be able to swallow capsules either. The thing that finally did it for me was actually advice from Lily Pebbles lol. Apparently if you look down at the floor while swallowing your tablet it'll go down every time. Something to do with your tongue muscles. Not sure if you've tried that yet but hopefully it might work.

The only thing that helped with my perioral dermatitis was washing my face with Epaderm cream - this was the only skincare routine step my skin could manage - anything else was too harsh. SLS was the ingredient I was told to avoid by the doctors :)

Make sure you drink all the water afterwards ❤ because this evil thing gave me oesophagitus and it is beyond hell. TMI / Trigger warning!, I lost so much blood through vomiting and it caused terrible ulcers, it can actually cause holes in your oesophagus too. I dont want to scare you but just definitely be on the look out xx
