We haven't won the league in a while because we haven't had the budget to keep up with teams like Chelsea as you haven't had to pay for a new stadium when it wasn't needed. Now the Emirates is payed off, we can now buy more big names such as Özil, Alexis and of course, you beloved Cech, we are still in rebuild and are now serious competitors once again, two FA cups in a row will send us into the new season on a extreme high note.
