Hey love your channel! Just wanted to give a pizza muffin tip: if you bake them for a couple minutes first then put the sauce on it helps the muffins not get soggy which may make them more inclined to eat it! Hope this helps :) can’t wait to see more videos they help me pack my own lunch (and I’m in college-lol!)

As a tip for grapes cutting them in slivers is actually better for younger kids , I use to work with kids in daycare and making the switch was amazing but it’s just a tip 😁

A recommendation for lunch bagel or pita pizza pita pizza is literally just tomato sauce cheese and topping of choice on pit bread and bake it in the oven same with bagel pizza

The brand Thomas does like half whole wheat English muffins they call them made with whole grains, your kids might prefer that better but still has some of the nutritional value
