I also get some old Matsushita fans, too in 2022. These includes: - A used KDK WN40B and Panasonic F-EU409, as well as National FV-25TGU (rare isn't it?) - A National F-EU303 - A Panasonic F-EK404 desk fan, bought in NOS back in August 2022 - A used Panasonic F-EK306 desk fan - A vintage National F-EA237 desk fan. The KDK WN40B and Panasonic F-EU409 are works just fine. The problem on KDK WN40B is squeaky bearings which annoys me a lot. I have replace the fan motor with the same ones, and it runs as should it be. The Panasonic F-EU409 has only problems, mainly the speed controls are messed up, just like a ceiling fans. The National F-EU303 was given to me by someone who knows me. It's running just fine, but suddenly after several minuted that fan was completely stopped working. I've smelling no burnts on the fan motor, but I suspected the fuse was blown or something. I had bring that fan to different service shop in Setu, East Jakarta to conduct repairing, but after several hours, that fan are working again as should it be. The National F-EA237, however, it was slowed down the fan motor. I had to bring it to service shop in order to repairing the fan motor, and finally it working as should it be. The Panasonic F-EK306 has involved some modifications by me. First the capacitor, the motor and finally replacing the body with a newer F-EK306 with a rotary switch, just like your newer F-EK306 (I've already see your videos about Panasonic F-EK306) The Panasonic F-EK404 and National FV-25TGU are works just fine. I have a videos about National F-EU303, Panasonic F-EK404 and National F-EA237. You have to watch my videos. That's the story, I hope you like my story.

@@TheFanUniverse you sure did lol. I wonder what application would you use the intake fan for. maybe for a utility room? (where you put washing machines and tumble dryers)
@TheFanUniverse Жыл бұрын
I have no clue. Utility rooms isn’t really a common thing down here

Usually these pop up at online shops like FB Marketplace, Tokopedia etc”, or you can try your luck at flea markets. It’s honestly not that hard to find fans this old because a lot of them are still in service

when was the KDK Air Intake Fan made? the 80s?
@TheFanUniverse Жыл бұрын
I think so, the shape & material of the fan blade plus the 220V sticker indicates that this is most probably an early 80’s fan
