Can you get a tire off a semi or a loader to put that hay in? My husband got one for our horses and it sure saved on wasting hay. He put a piece of plywood on the bottom and kept an eye on the board so that it could be replaced if it started getting rough. We didnt want the horses getting slivers in their muzzles! I noticed in a photo when 66 had the sun shining on him that there was alot of gold showing in his coat. It was sooo pretty! I just can't believe how good Luna and Hombre looks. Those horses have to feel like they're in heaven! Good feed and no abuse! It will take some time for Hombre to get used to not being abused. He must have really been abused. Poor guy. Luna doesn't seem to be so skittisk. Thanks for showing us how good all the horses are doing. It's always a good day for that!

That bay colt of Levi’s is definitely a looker! Kix is smaller but younger. I think he’ll be 15.3, maybe even a little bigger, but he’ll for sure be big enough to do any kind of ranch work when he matures. I really like his conformation. The rescues look better every day. Hambre will fill out quite a bit more and grow taller, but I’m thinking he may always have a more slender build. Sweet Luna will make a great kids horse. She has a great temperament. Those are my predictions. 😂😂 Thanks for sharing! ❤❤❤

grain is for weakened horses . If they say it is not they might just been brought up to value beef get grain. Horses are hay burners. But us who love our horses we pamper them,.

Hambre is going to be a very fancy pony with his markings, long tail, and main. I really hope that a little girl gets him and loves on him forever, -- I used to be that little girl. Hombre needs to land softly with a gentle person to truly shine. . . Those two have been through Enough already!!! Luna will be okay!!! She’s more of an Alpha mare 😊❤😊❤. So Thrilled Hombre is making it. Pheeeeeew!!!

A horse eats it’s weight per month so I’m guessing 4 horses may be able to have a week and a half on this 1300 lb bail if you’re lucky ❤️

L& H looking good. Great job Alan. That pasture, hay, & GRAIN with supplements is exactly what they need both being so poor & H being on his death bed. I am so surprised how Non horse people are so attracted to white horses. Their pink skin has so many health issues with sunburn & skin cancer. They develop eye issues too including cancer. U are doing right by Luna [including her name choice] for her care. God Bless!

Luna and Hambre are certainly less ribby. Looking good after where they started for sure. There is ration balancer as well that's full of supplements that will help to put on weight.
