Which begs the question of why you want criminals to get away with crime to begin with? Unless you support drugs, and crime. I've lived on both sides of the fence and I'll choose living by the laws of our land every time. Life spent in jails and prison isn't attractive to me and most others. I'd rather work 24/7/365 opposed to spending one more day in jail. Jail is for the birds.

Serious case of dumb luck, sheer stupidity, and bumbling idiots. If it weren't for the FBI using their record label and their abundance of singers they never would have closed this case. But then I notice that a great number of their cases tend to be this way. They stumbled, tripped, and fell their way into a capture at the end.

My cousin entered the Peace corps after college and went to ST. Kitts to teach math. He ended up being there for years. He started a basketball team and brought them to the USA to play small town SW Minnesota teams. He eventually oped a pizza business hiring alot of the kids he had taught for years. He decided to finally leave sadly because of the crime that came with the cocaine trafficking. Some of the same kids became addicted to cocaine and started robbing the same man who did so much for them. It broke his heart. But he left his beloved island.

In 2015 James Springette had his sentence cut in half in exchange for helping authorities catch suspected drug smuggler Violet "Letty" Hodge. He was released in March 2019. Eugene Smalls is still in federal prison serving his 90 year sentence but is scheduled for release in 2048 when he will be about 80 years old. Springette's girlfriend Marissa Torres and the five others named in the indictment served various sentences in federal prison and have since been released.

So Smalls kept a million in cash in a safety deposit box? Like in a local bank? If so how does anyone get into the box? When you open a safety deposit box in a bank there is paperwork to fill out. On it you list names of people who have your permission to access the box. How does the people that shot him get to the box? Even if you happen to know which bank and rent a box in the same bank, each box requires 2 keys to open. The branch manager must verify which box is yours then use his key in combination with your own key to open only your box. The bank is not allowed to open any other box unless the person in the bank is on the paperwork for that box.

It's a lot of time. But the drugs he imported and helped sell probably ruined countless lives. He wasn't selling weed. And someone at that level doesn't get there through nonviolence. I would not be surprised if he killed a person or two. He was most likely offered a deal for like 10 or 20 years. He took it to trail, and the system fucks you if you do that. Because it costs them money and time. Due to this being the 90s he could have easily done no time if he cooperated. There were people who killed in some cases over a dozen people getting like 5-10 years due to cooperation. The system wants you to plead guilty and cooperate against your co-defendants.

What better way to force people to address their addictions than removing their supply of the drug? If it's harder to access they're more likely to seek help. FBI has no right and law to pull people on the side, search them and make photographs. I would file a suit against FBI for these unlawful deeds.

Like they give a shit. Even city cops do that . They use to pull up on me and anyone else on the block and take pics of tattoos and all that. Gang task force and narcotics cops

@@ericephemetherson3964 Sir, try to expand your thinking beyond the 49 minutes of this program. This case took many months to investigate and prosecute. The producers of this program assume that you can reason and think enough to conclude that, since the FBI did what they did to procure these photos, that there was enough evidence presented to a judge beforehand that would allow him to give the FBI the powers to do what they did to bring these criminals to justice.

Notice the gang's reputation to fake friendship was feared, but they did know how to make friends even if this meant to more personally make them in danger. The gang itself felt they could protect their inner circle, which caused the fear responses, till further explored for safe sharing.

It is a easy life's fault of younger people not noticing they have been living successfully without the need for money and just making friends, and this is how finding honest money income is all about.
