Check out Fowlers Bay and the Whale watch centre near the Nullarbor Roadhouse on your way west, not sure if you will be too early for whales however. The road heading NW from Fowlers can be a shocker, so heading back out NE along the bitumen would be longer but more vehicle friendly.

Great, we’ll add that to our list and thanks for the heads up on the road conditions too 👍🏕️😊

@@TheFeelGoodFamily Whale watching season is May to October, last year was a bit quiet compared to other years we have been. That's nature. Fowlers is a quiet little town a bit out of the way, that suits some but not others. There are also lots of great rock formations with views around the Wudinna and Minnipa area. Further north is the Organ Pipes in the Gawler Ranges. So much to see, so little time. Enjoy your travels whatever you do.

Great episode!!! Just curious, do you ever use an inline water filter on the hose, like a BEST filter? Or do you just rely on an under sink filter? We have one under our sink that goes to the small filtered water tap, but the rest is currently unfiltered (kitchen & bathroom sinks, shower). I wonder about the quality of the water in more remote areas though??
