The Jiri vs Alex staredown was super epic and reminded me of Dollar trilogy made by Sergio Leone. Think Alex might become the new light heavyweight goat soon. Much bigger light heavyweights now than the blown up middleweights before in this weight class. And he doesn't cheat or fight dirty. Lopez had a good performance considering his volume and pace but there's always something to be critical about, just give the kid a break at this point.

People forget lopes is a 140 lber and fought a 164lber in 3 hours notice and had to put the weight on in a hour And BTW alex was dropping 50 lbs to fight Izzy lol tell Izzy to come up to 205 like he did vs Jan 😅

Ige was also already training for a fight and didn't have to cut weight - nor did he have to weigh in 2 other times at two different weight classes within 24 hours...and then have another BEAST of a fighter thrown at him just hours before the biggest fight of his life, thus far. Regardless, both guys are without a doubt THE REAL DEAL!

Lopes had to weigh in three different times at three different weights original fight 145 Ortega missed and had to go to 155 the night before the fight backs out. Dan comes in can’t get to down to 155 so the fight goes off at 165. Lopes weight gain so much weight cost him to fatigue in the fight

Ige was 3 months into camp and didnt have to cut weight. Good fighter and tough guy t take the fight on 4 hours. But the hero of the story, the bmf here is Lopes. Took the fight on 2 weeks, thats A LOT less than Ige, cut weight, changed weight, changed weight and opponent one last time. And won. Stud.

I am in awe watching bam fight over the years. And he keeps getting better and raising the bar higher and higher. Nothing but a pleasure to watch. I did think he may stop gallo, who has never been stopped before. But I didn’t expect him to totally make him look like he was an amateur compared to his mastery. That was one of the most brutal liver shots in the history of boxing. Unreal. There are levels. Even of greatness. He’s at the peak.

Estrada was getting extra points from the judges all his career. It was like this when he fought Gonzalez twice and Rungvisai. He never beat any of these guys. Finally somebody took the things into his own hands.

Dan Ige was in camp for 10 weeks, for an upcoming fight, and he didn't have to make weight..Lopes had no camp and had to jump through all kinds of weight hoops..Even though Ige was the last minute replacement, he had alot of advantages, he was the guy with the camp..Izzy KO'D Pereira at 185, Pereira is so much better at 205, he has really come into his own..I doubt if Izzy would beat Alex at 205..Alex is just too dense for 185..Alex is a christian just like Jiri, there is no magic..
