At the 16:04 mark you are using the embedded excel function index / match, you should replace that with the xlookup excel formula. Much easier to learn and much less complicated. Your videos are excellent!

Kinda intimidating cus my undergraduate study is focusing on: financial statement analysis, portfolio n investment mgt, and just a basic financial accounting. And i just securing an internship placement under Management Reporting department, main task is accounting in nature. Im willing to be their intern as they r my dream company to be working with. I think this will be good for you as you will get to learn the basic accounting concepts in a hands-on environment. I would say just be humble and say that you don’t know when you don’t.

Thanks. Just one small query, what kind of businesses have such high Average CAC (i.e. CAC per customer) or is it Total CAC. I hope you are not referring to any firm in the Ecommerce industry in this video.

High CAC is typical when you have large companies as your clients

this would have been better as a step by step tutorial not just talking about it while showing us what you have already done. For a really good kpi, would have been great if you started on a blank page and showed how to do it. quite disappointing
