I feel the same !! I have EDS & some other stuff (Autoimmune disease sometimes makes it hard to stand or gives me vasovagal syncope) which makes exercise hard and music is my #1 outlet for exercise/movement ! Even if I can’t go all out, sometimes I’ll just move my arms or my hips with these choreos, and since discovering the channel I’ve had more fun and success improvising my own dances with whatever I’m listening to using simple repeating moves ❤❤❤
