I love the different body types and the different energy levels. It's so smart, to give such a wide variety in your work out videos- someone who is not used to working out or physically can't put that much "energy" into it can have as much fun as someone who works out all the time and can keep up with Caleb.

I tried this for the first time in my life, and keep in mind that i had HUGE dance anxiety and I was afraid to dance even when I'm alone (even though I LOVE dancing and as a kid i wanted to be a dancer) BUT this guy brought it out of me like a king. Thank you so so so much for this!!! It was absolutely awesome and i loved every second of it. I love the energy you guys put out and i love the way you treat both exercising and dancing.
