I have had to do this regularly, adjusting the screw on the piston. If the grandkids don't make sure the screen door is closed the wind catches it and almost rips it off of the door jamb. Can't tell you how many times I replaced the screen or the glass. I've gotten really good at both over the years. Thanks Matt. See you in the next video!

Thanks for explaining that changing the pin between the two holes would adjust how hard it closes! That and adjusting the tension screw fixed my problem! I thought I needed to buy a new one!

Not for me. Maybe I got a bum one. Tighten the screw all the way - it slams shut. Loosen the screw - it slams shut. Had another go and half a dozen more screw holes in the steel door I have it now working. Handyman I ain't. Just blugeon my way thru.
