They've done way more than an EP, Atticus has been working with Trent since "With Teeth". You can even here alot of sounds in "With Teeth" that are later used in their soundtracks.

It's a piece of clothing. If you are self confident enough you can wear anything. If you need to define yourself through clothing...and think such insecurity is also to be found in a guy like Trent - you should just listen and learn and not type...

I haven't seen the film but when I heard the social network soundtrack, it kinda blew my mind. It's like Trent took the sounds right out of my head and put them on tape. I refuse to see the film now. I feel it might ruin for me. Sorry David.
@phnxen3rg6666 жыл бұрын
Son Of Life that is kind of odd man no offense. The score is meant to accompany the film, not to be a standalone piece of music. Its fine if you enjoy listening to the music on its own, but refusing to even listen to the music in the way it was designed and created to be heard is bizarre.

Yes. But I wish he wouldn't have stolen from dark music genres that was actually based on people who were actually suffering. It was appropriation. So while he's brilliant, I can't ever look past that. He's Kiss more than Bauhaus.
@s.gharavi161424 күн бұрын
@@jessepinkmeow yeah, his dog died once when he was recording that's the extent to which this white, male, middle-class American suffered. Please get serious. His middle class teen angst makes a mockery of people who are actually dark and brooding from genuine suffering, not those solely from the imagination. You can say a lot of good things about Reznor, but genuine isn't one. I still listen to his music, but it's just pure entertainment without any genuine value beyond that.

@questionably-unqestionable Yeah and medical school "gate keeps" doctor's. Gatekeeping isn't inherently bad and often it's infinity amazing. You want to be stuck my your insecurities, then so be it. But everyone has a choice regarding their level of delusion. My suggestion is that you get a grip on reality if you actually want to achieve anything in your life.

I far far prefer the sound of NIN pre all the atticus crap.. he sucked the life out of the music. The fragile and pre fragile period doesnt even compare to the new NIN production
@MyNameIsNotDamien2 жыл бұрын
ehh, I think as far as aging artists go, he's holding up better than most, not to mention still putting out a lot of work. I guess my point is that the mellowing out of the passion seems to be a natural thing for most people, atticus notwithstanding
@rmejiarosales Жыл бұрын
It's people like you who suck the life out of music. Music shouldn't always be about one specific thing. That's why I love bands like Nine Inch Nails, Linkin Park, and Alice In Chains and any other bands that change over time because that's called growing. That's like saying you don't want your children to change. Do you think you have control over that? Are you gonna be like, "You have to stay the same forever. You aren't allowed to change or grow." If you want the same stuff over and over, then go listen to bands like Metallica, Godsmack, or Foo Fighters. Whatever floats your boat. But in the meantime, real music is dying
