Amy, I enjoy watching you as much as I do Neal. Yes he has the experience from the Navy. I know you say many times that you don’t cook. That’s the perfect time to grab a good hold on everything and apply what you watch Neal doing and try for yourself and the biggest thing is to relax and think of the steps you need to do to accomplish what your cooking. Always remember to listen for the flames on the griddle as you turn on the burners.

I gotta go with team AMY :) I like my bread toasted to the point where it's right at the edge of burnt. By the way, my wife and I are closing in on 40 years of marriage. When people ask us how long we've been married I usually say "we've been happily married for 12 years" and my wife gives me the old, if looks could kill, stare down and responds "and then we had kids!" Just a fun video from beginning to end. We lived on these in college, our version was called poor man's pizza. We had a slice of spam, whatever cheese we could get from the dining common, oregano and Italian spice a special sauce called ketchup and made it in a small counter top toaster oven. Pure survival food. This is a sophisticated upgrade , it is , from both of you.

Looks good, next time try using Texas Toast as the bread. I would also build the sandwich prior and then place on the grill. That way it would give it time to heat through and melt the cheese as the bread toasts. Awesome show
