Hermione....I don't know how to say this.....she is an extremely strong,loyal, intelligent,smart,brave,intellectual, encouraging,friendly inspiring,real,fun,studious,amazing,beautiful,crazy, spontaneous,,logical,courageous person (I amout of words)... Emma is my role model and so is the character she plays.i am not one for writing long comments but she is just indescribable person. She is a person who I always wanted to be but could not...i mean she is always under so much stress..she was brave enough to erase her parents memories to protect them knowing that it would mean that they will never recognise her again...she was willing to leave her love to protect her friend from death..she was willing to have her soul sucked just so that there would be a better world and harry would be alive..she has faced so much..being muggleborn,her problems making friends,her feelings,her problems with Ron but still thinking about what's best for their friendship,being torturen to almost certain death,wiping her parents' memories of her...and all with the war and dementia... seriously each and everyone one has suffered in one way or other but her suffering stands out because she kept it inside her so much that I am astonished that she did not explode but sympathised for everybody else..she was tortured by a very gruesome and deadly death Eater but she did not spill the truth even when death was knocking on her door,she still remained loyal to her friends and family.Sne had her own flaws but inspite of that she was more than perfect

+Ashley Miles I don´t think Rowling should have married her off to Ron though! Their relationship just doesen´t seem equal! It´s always her taking care of him! And since she is supposed to be a independent female character she should have gotten more experience with other guys and not been bound to the same guy from the very young age of 17 and for the rest of her life! That seems depressing for her, especially since she will always know that Ron choose a totally different type of girl than Hermione as his girlfriend before they got together! Rowling should atleast have let Hermione travel on her own to visit Krum one summer, since she was invited to him and she always said (and showed) that she liked Krum very much too! It would have been nothing wrong with a little more equality in Hermiones story! The only things she ever got to do was date some guy she didn´t like and kiss Krum once, several years before she got together with Ron! But Ron still slut shamed her for that one kiss to the point of not talking to her and choosing another girl instead of going to a party with her! I mean it must take much depression for Hermione to be able to please Ron!

Okay, I actually do understand your point and I would have loved #Dramione, but I think that Ron's love for her is really strong! It's strong enough to settle all that jealousy and all their fights. Even Harry - who obviously doesn't know that much about feelings - knows what's going on between them and that they're meant for each other. I think Hermione doesn't need more experience with other guys because she has found the right one. They may not be perfect for each other if you think about it- but feelings don't think; they just appear! And that's what you call love. And about that point with Ron and Lavender: If that wouldn't have happened (and c'mon, we all know that this -at least partly - happened because Lavender was the first girl to really appreciate him and his strengths. Ron had always felt like he was unworthy because of his older brothers and stuff. Lavender took that feeling from him and I appreciate that.), Hermione might've been able to just ignore her feelings for Ron and their whole love story wouldn't have happened. Moreover I don't think that Hermione has to do everything in their relationship! Yes, Ron might seem a bit inapt from time to time, but he would never use Hermione if that's what you mean. I heard that JKR regrets making Hermione and Ron a couple and that she likes Harry and Hermione better now, but I absolutely hate the idea of them together. This is just kinda...gross! I mean, I always saw them as friends, almost siblings, and now they're supposed to be a couple? No thanks! Hermione and Eleven (Stranger Things) teach girls to be warriors, and not the damsel in distress. Both have lots going on inside their heads, and problems to deal with personally. Both of them show potential to be the most inspirational female characters in fiction, along with other queens such as Black Widow (Natasha). I love the message that they send and how strong they can be as people, where men dominate most main roles. (Apart from in Eleven's case, where she is the main character, but there is still lots of competition from male roles)

I started reading Harry Potter in 4th grade. When I read the first page, I thought to myself ,” Well this seems like a boring book that I shouldn’t even bother with.” Luckily, I kept reading on. After I finished the first book, I got the whole series. I remember sitting at the dining room table, reading Order of the Phoenix and crying. My identical twin sister had also gotten into the series, but she was 2 books behind me. I told her that Sirius died and she was shocked like I was. She was mad at me for spoiling it though lol. Anyways, I finished the series and restarted. My fourth grade teacher noticed that I always had a Harry Potter book with me when I went to recess and lunch. I restarted the series over and over again and it felt like it got better each time. I noticed details that I hadn’t noticed before. The emotions I felt when I read the series the first time are always there. Years later, I still love Harry Potter. I’ve read the series 8 times, starting on 9.

She handled Ron in bad moments, Harry tried to help her in bad moments but she is very strong and could go out of problems in her own. You probably can't even imagine how much this video means to me. I was coming back to watch it almost everyday when i was younger and in a very depressed and mentally challenging phase of my life, because i felt like the harry potter world and especially hermione were the only things to help and empower me (sounds a bit weird haha) In the pandemic I discovered my harry potter obsession again.
