Taking a job as the fourth writer on South Park just to stay sharp. That's how good Hader is.

I love how every Maron upload has someone with the foresight to give the timestamp to bypass his self-indulgent bullshit. Thank you.

dner75 dude, it's *HIS* podcast. It's literally the only time it's permissible to be self-indulgent. Again, it's *his* show -- not something he's paid to do by a corporation or radio station, and ESPECIALLY NOT *YOUR* show. Besides, you're watching/listening on KZbin anyway. STFU already.

@@dner75-xh9le Love the bullshit part. I could listen to an entire podcast with it. It's like his "stand-up in between talk" aka a mix of playful thoughts, word poetry and daily insights. I'd pay money to listen to it on a theater stage. Sometimes I even get disappointed when the interview starts since the interview is to shallow compared to his thoughts.

It seriously amazes me that anyone could listen to him talk by himself, its nauseating how dull it is, he's a nice guy but good lord is he boring

13:42 #BillHader retires from SNL, moves back out to LA, then goes right back to NYC because he gets cast in Judd's Trainwreck. He said he was finally getting to see NYC, because for 8 yrs he was either working his ass off at SNL, or sleeping. He said he didn't know where this famous Flatiron Building was until he went back for the movie. :D

Good Lord I could not sit through this. Marc wasn't funny or interesting for the first 13 minutes and when Bill Hader finally came on it was Marc talking 95% of the time. Also Chicago is not an improv city, it's also known for standup and theater. Most of Second City is basically a low key version of SNL, 95% sketches and 5% improv. Extremely redundant and dull intro, it's too bad because Bill Hader is a joy to listen to and the host completely ruined it

Mark Maron is a fantastic standup and somehow relaxes guests much better than most podcasters. I'm from Chicago and was always proud of how many improv actors made it to SNL. It sort of is an improv town.
