लाजपत नगर में एक गोलगप्पे* की दूकान का Menu बहुत ही कमाल का है, अंत तक पढ़े... 1) गोलगप्पे : ₹10 2) Special गोलगप्पे :₹ 15 3) Very Special गोलगप्पे: ₹ 20 4) Extra Special गोलगप्पे- ₹ 25 5) Double Extra Special गोलगप्पे : ₹ 30 6) Sunday Special गोलगप्पे ₹ 50 (Sunday Only) अब मैंने मेनू जब पढ़ा, तो सोचा क्यूँ ना में सभी गोलगप्पे का टेस्ट करूँ..? मैंने रोज एक-एक प्लेट गोलगप्पे अलग-अलग प्रकार के खाने चालू किये... जल्दी ही मुझे पता चला की सारे गोलगप्पे का जो हम टेस्ट करते हैं, वो सभी एक जैसे स्वाद के हैं... अब मुझसे रहा नहीं गया, तो मैंने गोलगप्पे वाले से पूछा कि... हर दिन का टेस्ट तो एक जैसा हैं, इस का कारण क्या हैं..? गोलगप्पे वाले ने कहा: गोलगप्पे की कीमत Rs. 10 हैं... Special गोलगप्पे का मतलब : चम्मच (Spoons) धुला हुआ... Very Special गोलगप्पे का मतलब : चम्मच (Spoons) और प्लेट (Plates) दोनों धुले हुए... Extra Special गोलगप्पे का मतलब : गोलगप्पे देने से पहले हम हाथ धोते हैं और चम्मच (Spoons) और प्लेट (Plates) दोनों धुले हुए ग्राहक को देतें हैं... Double Extra Special गोलगप्पे का मतलब : Mineral Water का इस्तेमाल करते हैं गोलगप्पे में... अब गोलगप्पे वाला मेरा चेहरा देखने लगा... तब मैंने पूछा की तो फिर Sunday Special गोलगप्पे क्या हैं..? गोलगप्पे वाले ने कहा… Sunday को मैं नहा कर आता हूँ..!

We def need more of these! Though I would also like to know what's in that water? I never eat panipuri on the roadside because of the water issues and the no-gloves situation. I saw a hidden camera where they mix toxic chemicals to get the colors of the pani for the puri. If that water is drinking water and the mix is normal foodstuff and not chemicals then I would LOVE to eat there!
