That's true. When you see him talking to the people on the street, the Media stereotype about China fades instantly. What a beautiful people, friendly, hard workers, respectful, and so on. I think my next trip is going to be China, specially those non-city places where these people live in.

The dinner with kitchen view and chef comments is beyond anything. Great! The Tofu Beef dish, never seen before! Yeah, more chef interviews!!! This would be a help to anyone who is actually interested in cooking, right? It looks like the "small town" food isn't bad at all. The "spicy" rating makes sense too, when every dish is more or less red. So, thumbs up for chef comments, old people on the street comments!

My wife and I are huge fans of yours! I'm an American and I don't normally like Chinese food, but the food in your videos have made me try to branch out and I've had some delicious dishes, but I'm still extremely picky. My wife is from Shanghai and It started off as a joke screaming "MMMMM!!!!! Tai hao le!!!!" ...now I can't stop! I wish they had Bao zi where we live, each time I watch a video of you eating that crunchy, flaky goodness it makes me drool....It would be amazing if you could do a tour in America of Chinese chefs/Asian chefs *in America* and see if they have any interesting twists on their take of the traditional. I know the food prices sky rockets here :(. We would LOVE to see more videos of you in the kitchens, we love seeing the love the chef has and seeing the beautiful food being made...the wok work always amazes me! As someone stated in the comments; you always show so much respect and love for the chefs/food...I don't like to smile, but seeing your interactions really causes me joy. May I recommend something? For each video you should showcase a word/phrase at the beginning and end for viewers to learn, maybe try to use it as much as possible in a video. I love listening to your Chinese. Your wife is beautiful and has an amazing smile, maybe she can do this "portion" *pun not intended!* but it's really great hearing your Chinese over and over in a video. We look forward to more videos! Tai hao le!!!!!!!!!!!
