Here's some tips. Do rolling for more mobility, especially in sports. Rolling is considered a dodge for attacks, especially reacting to quick jump kicks. Throw the ball to teammates or closer to the enemy goal. To throw farther you need to spin for momentum. Your stamina is in the top left corner. If depleted, you can't do anything anymore until completely refilled. The more stamina, allegedly, the more damage your attacks do. The more damage you do, the longer they stay knocked.
