Manchester City has reportedly warned Premier League rivals that they could face legal action if the new changes proposed by the APT are voted through. The club believes these changes may not comply with the law and is prepared to challenge their legality if implemented. This move signals growing tensions between City and other top-flight clubs, with potential repercussions for the league's future structure. Could this escalate into a legal battle that shakes the EPL? Let us know your thoughts! ⚽

City have a valid point. NUFC should have continued with the CAT case brought by the club when Ashley was in charge post takeover and BEFORE Man City brought their legal challenge. Regarding the 'legality' of 'added' party transactions, why is that City have only contested the ones which have found them in breach? Why didn't they work to contest their lawfulness before they came into being? Once something is established in law, all parties signed up to them have accepted those rules, otherwise they wouldn't be competing within them. The time to have proved their 'unlawfulness' would've been prior to their implementation.

Maybe Amorim wasn’t given enough assurances and didn’t want to take the risk of it falling through. Pep responded by winning a 4 peat, something Ferguson couldn't do. He won a sextuple in his first managerial career, Fergie could win a league for 7 straight seasons for United. Fergie managed for more than 30 years and won only 2 UCLs, Pep has managed for 15 seasons and already has 3 UCLs and 12 league titles.
