Regarding the 'legality' of 'added' party transactions, why is that City have only contested the ones which have found them in breach? Why didn't they work to contest their lawfulness before they came into being? Once something is established in law, all parties signed up to them have accepted those rules, otherwise they wouldn't be competing within them. The time to have proved their 'unlawfulness' would've been prior to their implementation.

Can’t help thinking the plan was for Amorim to take over, but now that he’s gone to Utd Peps agreed to the extension. Maybe Amorim wasn’t given enough assurances and didn’t want to take the risk of it falling through.
