As an Arsenal fan, as long as it doesn’t impact other signings, (now or in the future) and that it doesn’t disrupt the changing room, I wouldn’t care if we spend *_£150M+_* for a decent striker this January. Just *pay* the money, get the player, get him integrated to the team and crack on pushing for that *W* every game! Clubs know they can pull our pants down over the price, and to be honest, let them. Just *_pay_* it!!!

Regarding Spurs, this is how bad it is atm. Spurs currently have 24 pts, and as things stand, out of their remaining games this season, there are only 2 games I’m confident they’ll win (Leicester and Southampton at home). That takes them to only 30 pts, which Prem history shows is far from enough to stay up. The fact that on paper I can’t guarantee Spurs staying up is absolute madness. Not even funny anymore.
