Every season each Ref should be analysed using statistics. If they are seen to be giving an abnormal amount of decisions against a certain club, those decisions should be reviewed, and if they are deemed to be incorrect or overly harsh, they need to face consequences. They need to be held accountable

One thing that would immediately improve standards & professionalism is to broadcast the officials audio, as with other sports, like rugby union. Currently, the PL is terrified of this because it will show how bad officiating really is! But it would help ALL PGMOL officials, because they'd be under scrutiny, and for that reason, you can invest in improving them, as well as rewarding their performance when they show they can improve - everybody wins!

Terry is terrified of standing up to City & its players being challenged on being poor whole season to city’s arrogant fan base. What Egal & others missed out missed out & Nobbins hid behind in judging Foden’s poor performance (could have / should have assists etc), Bournemouth could have / should have won that game 5-1, 5-2 or 5-3! That means could have / should have applied to both teams and are irrelevant. Foden did nothing in Bournemouth game that would have drastically changed the outcome of that game & several others. City have had just lucky wins v Fulham & Wolves, whilst Arsenal have been victimized by Refs (Brighton & City games), our style & key players roundly criticized (eg Saka, Rice, Trossard, Havertz everyone).
