Hey When you look at the trees you think of when you were 18 years old, I would climb up it, chain saw strapped to my back, find a branch to,sit on, start the saw and cut away. Hold on to a branch with one hand and use the sawn with the other. Limb over your head? No problem. Turn your head down and let it fall. Never would think about falling or cutting off a foot then. Fearless but no common sense. NOW when you look at a tree your thinking “ Screw that…No friggin way”. Pay someone to do it. Bones don’t heal like you were 18. Too young to go into a nursing home. I’d hurt myself just putting up a ladder. Anyhow, you look a little tired. This humidity will knock your socks off. We had storms and downpours for the past 4 days. Yesterday we had 2.3 inches of rain alone. Enough of my weather rant. Hello to Jodi! Fantastic job she did at the beginning with the camera. Jon did ok…. Lol Just put on 4 Michelin Tires on the wife’s van. Got home and smoke from the engine. Oil change was done a few days ago and the cap wasn’t put back on. Oil all over the engine. Now I have to go and get engine degreaser and go to the car wash and clean it up. Enjoy you two! Good job on the trees. Bill

We don't bounce like we used to that's for sure 😂... I was amazed how fast he got those trees down... kept me busy for sure! I was tired....it was really hot too...

Pools are such a pain in the butt to level out.. I still need to setup our little pool for our 4 yr old daughter.. it’s 12x12 I think. Looks like you’ll need to use a lawn roller.. it will be quite bumpy cutting the grass now … don’t wanna spill ur beer 😀

😂😂😂... It was so hot... I put it up... said it is what it is, maybe not perfectly level... but it's 4ft deep, holds water... stupid pumps that come with em aren't worth a crap lol

@@TheFoxShopI did the same thing , the first year.. was cutting up grass..and removing soil.. and adding sand.. in crazy hot humid temps.. and thought oh that’s good enough , filled it up.. later that night I went outside and the side buckled and washed away part of my gravel driveway. Lol. 5,500 L water. Was just well water.. I didn’t pay for a water truck like my neighbors do 600-700$ to fill. A pool like yours

@@TheFoxShop Polk County is SUCH a pain in the ass!! When we went to get the permit to build our modular home, they dinged us for not getting a permit for the pool !! Who knew those greedy bastards required a permit for an above ground pool. AND, they made us get a variance, because it was 161 feet from the new house. Their "rules" say it needs to be within 150 feet.🙄

@@462ANIMAL AND, if the sides are less than 48" high, it needs a 4 foot tall fence around it, with a self closing gate. I hope you are in Dallas county!!

I put up a modular come back in 1993...was on one of our farms that technically I guess the whole 160 acres is within city limits... Think I got a permit for that, don't really remember lol.. then one day out of the blue... It was in December, house went in in November I believe, some inspector guy showed up... It was a good sized home, and hadn't put sidewalks around it yet, just had boards on the ground, was waiting till spring... Seems there was something else too... Maybe not "real steps" into the house or something... Anyway, he said he couldn't issue a "certificate of occupancy" until all the work was done"... I was already tired of him being there at this point lol.. Told him "well... I don't really care if I get a certificate of occupancy... It's occupied" 😂... Never saw him again.

What a shame that those trees died. We're experiencing the results of the Pine Bark beetle here in The Great Industrial Northeast. You see dead hemlock pines along side of the road everywhere. Same thing happened with the Dutch Elm disease that wiped out the last true giant deciduous trees here years ago. Some of those Elms were 100' feet or more in height and 30' in circumference.
