Amazing video. I walked the entire f150 plant in Norfolk va in 1995 when I worked at a ford dealership. It’s still the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. We saw the beginning with trains coming into the plant and dropping off huge rows of steel exhaust systems, transmissions engines, and so on the only thing we didn’t get to see without looking at a TV screen was the paint area, and we walked a whole thing until the end, where all the pieces came together, and a new F150 came outand I believe it was just under a minute or just over a minute one came out 24 hours a day the plant has since been abandoned by Ford. At least there is other things going on in there but not Automotive.

Ahh, all those parts are choreographed in the assembly process with easy access during production, but murder to disassemble when replacement or repairs are required! Robots are fast replacing the actual worker!
