@@TheFrenchWhispererASMR I haven’t listened to a single upload I haven’t liked, and the ‘Napoleon episodes’ just came with the right content,(beautiful and sublime), at the right time for me, due to personal circumstances. I used to get Sleep Paralysis all the time. Freaked me out every time, and often the hallucinations were of some dark, sinister thing happening., like getting sucked down into this chaotic, menacing vortex. Not always, once in a while it would be a pleasant experience, but often was scary. When it was too freakish (or if I fell asleep in a boring class), what worked to end the sleep paralysis was to focus all my mental energy on twitching the tip of one finger or toe.Once I could get that to twitch or wiggle I'd snap right out of it.
