I allow myself to go to sleep during astrophysics, cosmology and astrobiology videos. I study those subjects every day as is, and don't have to worry about getting a habit of falling asleep while studying them! My problem is that the writing on all of the humanities based subjects tends to be excellent, particularly at my teenagers grade level. And I'm a humanities buff, who's now trying to pass what I learned in school onto my teenage children. I want to see a non ASMR version of this scripts! They're really good. But I don't want my kids falling asleep to the Epic of Gilgamesh I want him learning. And in fact I don't want MYSELF to get in the habit myself of nodding off while I read something like Gilgamesh for the zillionth time :-) I noticed Ze Frank has recently started publishing "clean" versions of a lot of his videos about nature for classroom use. It just makes me think... -- my grammar may look like I've never been to college and studied the humanities, but that's because this wonderful dude's making me fall asleep Zzzzzz

Actually, heavier elements are formed in the core of stars up until iron because iron atoms fusion takes energy (endothermic)instead of releasing it (exothermic)in case of lighter atoms. For heavier elements, it has been discovered they forms through neutron stars collisions.
