Same here. Gets to be a long, lonely struggle, huh? I was hurt 6 years ago & could do nothing but weep & beg God to just let me get some 6uninterrupted sleep. That's when I found ASMR. And that, along with a pain pump implant, has helped so much.@ I wish you the best of luck in your own chronic pain journey!:

The thumbnail photo reminded me of a path in woods near where I used to live. We called it "rockabye railroad". Supposedly it was a railroad spur once. There is some gravel and in spots it raised above the surrounding swamp land. I used to walk back to my house through the woods along that path. Tripping over roots and waking the sleeping deer who would snort and run away. It was pretty creepy.

I love the peculiarities of your pronunciations lol « trypled, byzantyne, aristo-cracy » i think being in a foreign accent helps me to focus and unfocus at the same time. And the same tone helps me to drift away. It’s not as engaging as a documentary par exemple.
