Both. Anything Italian I learned just by watching my mom. Making recipes I find on Pinterest is so much fun. After I make something from a recipe one time, I edit things sometimes to my liking. I also make up recipes all the time. So, I’m a both person!

I am Canadian and at the Sugar Bush they use maple syrup on everything and it is so so gooooood! Nothing like real maple syrup. I can't use it anymore but do have a small bottle in the shape of a Canadian Maple Leaf from my nieces wedding. I keep it in the living room on our entertainment unit.

Yummm..... that salmon looks so yummy!!!! Yes, time to add that recipe to the Sizzle Sizzle Frey Frey cookbook. :-) Question- to you guys or anyone in the Frey life family- do you have an easy way to cut the spaghetti squash in half? I have an instant pot and it makes it yummy, but the hard part is cutting in half!! Anyone have any tricks or hints? I love the online walmart grocery shopping too, its fun ordering on the internet and then just going to pick it up without spending an hour or so at the store. One side is a Chocolatey creamy side with 2 chocolate puffs on top covered with a seal. ( egg separates down the middle ).other is the toy sealed with a spoon on top ENJOY today

I’m totally not a recipe person. Take this morning for instance, I’m on a diet but for me to stick to my diet I eat whenever I feel hungry and just eat healthy foods instead of junk (I’m on weight watchers). Anyways I’m hungry for real food this morning as opposed to say making this for dinner and my “recipe” is putting chicken strips, vegetables, brown rice, and chicken stock in a pot and letting it all cook together and hoping it works out alright lol. I’m constantly just throwing stuff in pots and coming up with my own recipes lol.
