Book for your child's shelf: Pete the Cat and His 4 Buttons. I could never get through reading it without tearing up when I was teaching. It's a repetitive book but the lesson behind it is incredible. Pete loses his buttons...buttons come and buttons go. This is true of life....things will come and go. And we all have to adapt to feelings of loss (whether ppl, pets, or things). You are entering a new season of life!!! That's big scary and big exciting at the same time!!!! Thanks for taking us with you!

Oh no not the boat. We were taking our children and grandchildren on boat rides and camping when they were a few months old. They grew up loving going to the lake camping, fishing, skiing, and just playing in the water. the earlier you start the better so they won't be scared. Well maybe you will get another one later.

They can still go out on boats. Rent a canoe for a weekend or borrow something from a friend. And maybe in a few years they'll buy another one.

I grew up on a boat. My grandparents and parents took us kids. We spent every summer on my grandparents 1950’s Old Wooden Mahogany Outboard speedboat. The same one my mom skied behind as a 13 yr old girl. She’s now late 70’s. Hopefully you find the perfect boat to have fun with when you decide to introduce your future baby to.

I cried so many tears along with you throughout this video. Tears of memories you guys have shared over the years and in recap today and then tears of sorrow for the pain and season I've in myself. 😢. Watching your excursions has been kinda my escape from being 98% confined to a room/home hospital bed and on IV poles and feeding tubes 24/7. (Covid took what this medical mistake didn't. Covid took the last of my friends that even came by to talk to me.) So congratulations to selling the boat and I can't wait for all the new memories and excursions you all make and possibly share with the coming years with your baby/child. I think they are almost ready with the process, so they could become parents in a month but it could take a year too. I think it depends lot if a birth mother wants them to adopt her baby.

So sorry to hear about selling the boat! I know it’s been a joy and it’s been wonderful to watch the videos of you guys enjoying it!
