I'm sad that Frost didn't realize how the calcium with butter was. Especially with cards like Growing pains. As long as you play Growing pains every other turn, you can maintain (3+calcium) str/dex for the whole fight. If you play growing pains two turns in a row, it increases the amount of calcium you can maintain by that same amount. If you had two growing pains for consistency, you'd basically have infinitely scaling str/dex whose growth rate also scales with itself. With good deck cycling, we're talking like 20 calcium turn 3, 50 calcium turn 4, etc.

tbh I wouldnt be surprised if he did notice. While he could've taken it act 1 at the shop, I don't think it was necessarily a mistake to not take it. By act 3, his deck was revolving around thorms, not calcium+butter, so growth pains, while viable, just made his first 3 turns worse on average

Weird challenge idea that may be too easy- you cannot use cards that do damage. You must rely on thorns, or cards that directly change an enemy's HP (ie things like judgement). Probably harder on vanilla characters. Probably more fun on milkman or pack master

@@gamecavalier3230 I think the rule would be if it 'reduces hp' it's within the rules. So no, they don't count as damage. Poison is a weird instance, since I consider it more of an attack. But something like pressure points I definitely consider on the table.

Okay I don't think anyone appreciated glass form quite enough With every other character your scaling comes in the form of combos that give you more focus or strength or orbs or damage etc, usually involving runes as well as cards Glass form *is* your scaling for the Milkman, that is the only scaling you need. That is 15 thorns every 3 turns against the heart. That is 225 damage each multiattack. You no longer need enough damage to kill the heart, you just need a shit ton of block
