Very pretty and fun design!! Love it :). I grew up in the city of Detroit and we also liked the sweetness of clover flowers and looking for four leaf clovers! You brought back great memories! Also, finding the thick crabgrass or what ever it was and holding it between our thumbs and blowing to make a cool noise! I want to thank you for talking about how people make things look so easy...you are so right! Practice! So many things I was excited to try and wow, so easy for them what's wrong with me! So thank you! ❤️

Lindsay I love your expression, "You do you, and I'll do me." And as always you did a wonderful job on these cards. I still haven't gotten my act together to try making cards although I've started picking up the supplies. I find it so relaxing watching you work through your design process- and push through any unexpected embellishment opportunities along the way. TFS

Awesome card Lindsay! Lol, yes I too ate my share of "honey" & "savory" plants & items as a ranch kid! Sour grass stems, miners lettuce, orange sage blossoms, the molasses coated dried corn out of the horse feed, chips of salt off the salt block at the back of the ranch! Country kids, lol😄😄😄

People are still releasing new styles of brads, and new button/sequin mixes for card making, so I don't think they are passe at all and you always use them in fresh new ways :) I appreciate that you use older supplies, whilst I might not have them it makes me think about what I can substitute, so it sparks creativity. I love the card, especially the colours and the bees!

I have used a friend's oxide inks. I am not quite ready to buy them. I found that Stampin up white cardstock showed the effect FANTASTICALLY, Walmart Georgia pacific well, and Catherine Pooler paper was hard to blend them on. I make A LOT of cards that I give away so GP is my go to paper.

Hi Lindsay. I always enjoy your videos. I made the spray video, originally. I use Iridescent Medium from Winsor & Newton. I works great. Can't wait to try it on my oxide inks. My question is where do you buy your ATG refills? Are they boxed flat? Barb B. CZT

they are for special effects, not everyday stamping. They are a specialty ink. I recommend them for direct to paper inking and techniques like that.

Just a tip: the large size pads don't really work if you are using a MISTI or other platform. I got mine because it was the only size available when I went shopping for archival ink, and ended up buying another small pad. Now I just use the small inkpad for everything. I will also say this: black archival ink is one of those where it makes sense to buy the reinker. This is a really fun card. Thanks, Lindsay! Once again: any chance you can figure out how to diy your own distress oxide??
