Man, im tired of these youtubers disrespecting my viessa ....I use her 400 mobbing and boss, and I do just fine. Plus, use secret garden. Don't worry about what others say if you enjoy using a certain descendant use him or her.

Hey man, you forgot to mention probably the most important part of Absolute Zero. The fact it turns frost road into a damage (DoT) skill. Being able to run though content and kill eveything with frost road is a big part of it. Its also quite big damage, hitting around 400k per tick.

Viessa is not good because she doesnt amp gun damage or have a support factor. Her skill damage alone is not good enough and its quite awkward. And yes, i do farm hard intercept battles.

Viessa was my first descendant and she is my main, she is not bunny or freyna. But she is not weak at all. She is way better than Valby and gley.

I love Viessa for 400% dungeons using this build. I can usually get 100+ kills (which isn't bad when there's a Bunny or Freyna 99% of the time), and paired with Clairvoyance, she makes quick work of the bosses' health bars. Perfect for a boss support role by making it far easier for your teammates. Also Valby is a great choice because she reduces enemy electric resistance by 20%, thus helping Bunny kill bosses faster. You don't have to rack up kills to be useful.

Where do you rank Viessa in terms of power? Have you built her out yet?

haven't built her out yet, but after this I think I might. I want an AoE character for 400% that isn't quite as set and forget as Bunny and Freyna feel (don't get me wrong, love them both). Did a 400% as Lepic with a bunch of, well, non-Bunny and Freynas and probably the most fun dungeon I've done in a while because it was a ton of run and gun with some abilities tossed in here and there. The gameplay here for Absolute Zero looks like a hybrid of AoE skills w/ gun play which I think should make for a happy medium. Bunny feels like she just obliterates all trash around her with or without guns and Freyna gives that weird feeling of popping an ability and then just watching number spam all over a screen which is great in its own right, but does get boring (and at that point, who needs guns). Will probably still use Freyna when I'm just farming 400% dungeons for speed (and Bunny for outside 400% for reactors and the like), but Viessa seems like she might break up the monotony a bit.

The one may disappointing thing about viessa is that her frost road ability is cool from a gameplay perspective but it's just not very practical to use in game. Crowd control is just so weak in TFD because the kill times on enemies are so fast, but to make things worse frost road only crowd controls enemies behind you in a game where a majority of enemies will be dead ahead. It's same problem why Bunny has an advantage over Valby because bunny can damage enemies as she approaches them whereas valby does the most damage as she's already left to engage a second target. In a sense, Valby is always 1 enemy behind Bunny. For Viessa to be good there needs to be content that supports the play style that she supports, specifically enemies in which crowd control is actually desirable to have rather than outright damage.

Glacial Cloud idea is nice for console/gamepad players, couse placing the blizzard is tedious and takes time, compared to mouse, But they ruined it couse it goes through enemies and lands behind them so, completely useless, they should change it to make it a (direct) projectile perhaps with some instant extra damage befor it turns into the blizzard, would be a great bossing ability than

Yeah I started with viessa and invested a lot into her. But after all these descendants got buffed. It made viessa weak. Hopefully, they rework her.

Ngl, i was only playing viessa because i accidentally bought her the twisted worship skin instead of Hailey. Hahaha. It was for my Hailey but because i didn't even bother to properly read that the skin is for only descendant only and had to buy it again for the other descendants i have to live with it and i don't want to spend again.
