Oh man! I'm sorry to hear this. Eden Roc is my favorite Miami hotel to stay in when I am in South Beach! I'm shocked that you had this experience. Maybe the quality of service has gone down since 2020? Things have changed a lot in the past 1.5 years.

I’m so sorry the place was disappointing for you guys!! There’s nothing worse about traveling than having a bad place to stay. Even if everything else goes wrong in the day-rain, places you wanted to see closed, etc-if you still have a nice place to come back to at the end of the day, it can still leave you with a good feeling about the trip. But to have so many negatives about the place you’re staying really has an impact on the overall quality of your trip! At least you guys had each other to lean on during the difficulties! 💕

So disgusting and totally unacceptable, I hope they contact you to make this right. $365 doesn’t cover the lack of cleanliness especially during a pandemic this should have been paramount. I’ll definitely avoid this hotel and any others in their chain yuk!

Great Review! Shame on the property for not having made more effort to #makethingsright COVID or not = totally UNACCEPTABLE! Cleanliness is and should always be a priority …. Prior to Covid, when I used to travel, I would always have cleaning products with me just because …. Glad you guys had each other and were well fed 🙈☺️

I use to work for Marriott who owned this hotel back in 2003 I stayed there for weekend no complaints great service but I heard they changed management companies and it has not been the same I guess management is peril to have return guests

I guess I won't be going here anymore. Last time I was in South Beach (Dec 2020), I stayed at a Marriott property because I am now a Bonvoy Member (and I like to get my points!). I was disappointed with the dated look of the suite I stayed in compared to the Eden Roc's Ocean Tower which is very modern. But, hearing this story, I may not be returning to Eden Roc if they are under new management! Very disappointing because it really is a beautiful hotel.

These hotels, even the best, cannot get help. They are having a hiring issues. This makes me not want to travel -- yet. I don't trust that these hotels are up to speed.

I've been traveling (within the country) and Marriot hasn't disappointed me yet. I still disinfect myself anytime I enter a hotel room because that is just how I am, lol. I wipe down all the countertops with Clorox wipes and spray everything down with Lysol!

Gorgeous venue. However, that pillow you filmed @4:01 looked like a bio hazard. That pillow had human fluid stains. Totally unacceptable.

I always throw pillows on the floor when I stay at any hotel. I assume that they aren't properly cleaned between stays because the cleaning staff tends to rush through cleaning these rooms. They've done a lot of exposes on these hotels! Even the 5 star hotels aren't cleaned properly!

Always get a plastic tent cover. Place sleeping bag on top. Had that trouble. A couple of Years ago. Inspecting my Hotels Investment on cleaning. People care. Double Tree treated. All people the same. Hotel before Cash Creek casino. The Kids/ Teenagers. At front desk. Was nice. Gave me a discount. Since visiting Casino. Later that night. Came to desk. Old Lady told how hotel was, As if i could not afford it. Told her. I have a room. Needed. Something out the fridge. ( free stuff ). She was disappointed. - Children should run things. Have a Better attitude. -

I stayed there in 2018. I would’ve actually rated them pretty well. Just imagine if “one” employ lack thereof caused that. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Can’t hire everybody/anybody
