Picked this one up a while ago cause I’m interested to see where this rumble society thing goes. Only complaint is the plastic stand for the fish is kinda worthless. Doesn’t hold them super well. And the wires are a little hard to pose around. I wish maybe if the wires were thinner at the ends so they fit in better maybe. Still pretty happy with the baron. Wish I had more things to pose him next too tho

You are supposed the push down with the top 2 aquaticons on the stand till they feel set and for the bottom one you flip it so it’s facing opposite of how robo did it.

I am a total fan of Mezco Rumble Society. They are mostly my favorite action figures compared most of the Marvel and DC. You get more original figures and not so many repainted molds, with the exception of the Krig figures (for army building). Although, Mezo did release a repainted variant version of their Hawk-P40 figure called the Howling Fury Edition. I will just wait and purchase the next original figure Mezco creates. Love your videos Fwoosh!! They inspire me to keep on collecting the things I love.

The first time I saw the oblong head, to me the visor part looked like a grimacing mouth and the 6 yellow dots above it were eyes, so that head had a goofier look to me, and I still can't unsee the mouth with 6 eyes lol

Oh, they're *ANGLER* fish. Deep sea fish. They use that little light on their "antennae" to attract other fish and eat them. I wholeheartedly agree with your take on the Rumble Society figures. I love original properties and ideas, and I wish we had more. As far as I can tell, only Mezco (Rumble Society), Toy Notch (Astrobots), 4Horsemen (Mythic Legions) and 1000Toys (Synthetic Human, CaRB, Nu:Synths) are really doing original toys not attached to any existing license. And I love it. Great message about enjoying your toys. Thank you Robo, I was interested to see your take on this figure!

All of his suit ports remind me of barnacles, I think that is the intention. (Not that they are meant to be barnacles, just resemble them, but be functional. Most likely for hoses, pressurization before diving, etc. Love it.)

The alternative head definitely makes a difference! The original head looks like a SpongeBob character. The second one is by far more bad ass! Those aquatic cons look familiar because they are the fish from Finding Nemo. I wish these lMezco figures had a lower price point. I can’t see myself spending this type of money on figures that really there’s no backstory to and I did not grow up loving the characters. Although the figures themselves do look cool as hell!!!

Not a fan of most Mezco stuff just because the cloth doesn’t look great in that scale for the majority of their figures in my opinion but this one is definitely cool and the cloth goes well, that said I probably won’t ever be a collector of these because like Storm Collectables the price point just pushes me outside what I’m comfortable with.
