The Hoth Soldier is something I would love to see more of from Hasbro, that thing is so spectacularly designed from the figure to the storage of the faceplate. Love it. Gonna need one, hoping I find one in the wild... I love seeing them do these leaps of improvements with the figures.

That Hoth Rebel soldier is already contender for figure of the year! The new Lando headsculpt is a much needed improvement over the pre-face printing tech version which was fine for it's day. I noticed the new Lando actually has slightly better arm movement than the previous version, hitting slightly past 90 degrees, but unfortunately I had to put the new headsulpt on to the old body as the new body had some sloppy paint issues.

Lando in disguise looked way better it wasn't as glossy and pixelated.Dude looks super greasy lol well in sure Cloud City is hot as hell though so ok ill give ya that.Lando is better than the old one we got though i am glad we got him.They could of not redone him at all in the first place but its always good to point out what could of been better because im sure they listen to us like for example the hoth trooper is so kickass and different.We can army build with actual different looking troopers now.Keep on truckin hasbro!

It's loaded with features and I can't wait `till they get another shipment in a Walmart so I can have at least 2 to fight the 2 Snow troopers I've got. I hope they do a re-release of the Hoth Luke And Hoth Han figures through the Archive series, too! Great Video, BTW!

Perhaps this is Hasbro’s first attempt at a 1.12 Gi joe Zartan figure. Still got my 3.75 Zartan and it still has the extra face in the back pack. These are so great and Hasbro Are still killing it. Wish they got the DC licence. Great review as always, stay safe Robo

That figure with the extra face, they should do the same for the vintage collection line-up. I mostly collect 3.75" so it kinda feels like a kick in the nads that the 6" line seems to get more love from Hasbro now.

Just found my Hoth Rebel Soldier (and Snowspeeder Pilot Luke and Dagobah R2) at Walmart this past week, so they are finally showing up at places other than Target! Love these figures, truly excellent (I'll forego my usual beeetch session regarding R2-D2's severe underscaling and incorrect proportions - fix him Hasbro, NEW ASTROMECH SCULPT 2020!!!!!). Hoth Rebel Soldier rocks and is like a deluxe mini Hot Toys almost! Well done Hasbro (one more scale call out @10:47 Am I the only one who finds the Tauntaun way too big? Going by production stills and movie scenes the top of the Tauntaun's head should stop a bit under the chin of the Tauntaun figure, and troops on the ground could easily hold their reigns, pat the sides of theirheads, etc. Always thought the POTF2 Tauntauns were too large as well...what say ye, ye swarthy snow pirates, ayy? ;-)

With the anniversary of ESB and having a hoth soldier in the wave, you'd think they would have found a way to re-release the Tauntaun & Wampa sets. I never did get a Hoth Luke or Han cause the distribution on those sets were awful.

The great thing about those faceplates is that now I can just paint the face(s) directly onto them without having to do the rest of the details on EVERY. SINGLE. HEAD... This feature will save me literal hours as a customizer.
