Xion is still the 3rd heart, there’s no real reason for doubting that. She was with Sora for “nearly as long” as Roxas (he return to sora soon after her), and DDD _literally_ showed us the 3 hearts inside Sora. The reason why they don’t refer to her by name is because they don’t remember her. The way they show that is pretty solid. As for how she’s a part of the Org., that’s for DLC

I'm PRETTY sure the unknown girl is Skuld . The 2nd star in the Final world is Strelitzia (who talked about her brother Lauriam when she mentioned someone who wasn't himself but he'd be upset over her missing when he reclaimed his identity - which Marluxia did when Sora defeated him) Ventus lost his memory when he found himself in the different timeline, he doesn't remember he used to be a Union Leader. We don't know what happened to Braine. Lauriam/Marluxia seemed to be kind of aware of something when Xemnas mentioned his ancient keyblade legacy. Ephemera is probably dead (but I have a theory that he'll come back since I believe Dark Inferno is his heartless and Twlight Thorn is his nobody and we've now defeated them both). So that leaves Skuld. It's gotta be her. Strelitzia's "dead" so it can't be her, she's waiting for Lauriam to help her. ALSO. Just a tiny detail but I think nothing is a coincidence in KH. Isa's symbol is the moon and Saix is using the moon's power. Lea's symbol is fire/flames, alluding to the power of the sun and every time Axel is in combat it looks like he's harvesting that power and using it against his opponent. AND Skuld has stars on her clothing and earrings. The moon, the sun, the stars ... Galaxy trio, hello?? ;)

The other heart in Sora was obviously Xion. Just because there was a "Xion" in the real Organization doesn't mean her actual heart was in there. Her heart only entered and awakened in the new vessel once Sora and Roxas both identified it as Xion, and she started crying and showing a real face the next moment. Nomura further clarifies (and will probably include in the upcoming DLC about her) that the heart in that Xion puppet until that moment was yet another plucked from the past, same as Dark Riku.

The first report is heavily implied to be Skuld. If you look at what was said: “Four friends and a Key” You could piece together that the person meant the New group of foretellers. We kinda know what happened to Ephemer, Ventus, and Laurium. The only one’s we don’t know the fate of is Brain and Skuld. And I highly doubt Brain was sent further into the future. But it’s possible.

The way I interpret Luxu’s words however is him referring to the point he talked with Ava on the hill, right before they struck keyblades towards the end of the original KHX. She asked him if he was the traitor, and whatever his response was definitely made her mad. I feel like that was the point at which he told her clear as day what it was he had to do, and that she went on doing her own mission after that. I also believe that her disagreement with Luxu’s plan is what led her to not show up at the Keyblade Graveyard.

Secret Report 7: Fairly certain that its actually Saix that approaches Vexen and that’s where the entire “wanting to atone” thing comes from. That is in part a theory but I think thats more of what they’re alluding to than Xigbar. Xigbar might be No. II, but I’d say Saix fits more the definition of Xemnas’ right hand. Also “him” being younger than Vexen, not sure if that applies to Xigbar. Secret Report 8 and 9: The three hearts are most definitely Roxas, Xion, and Ventus. Fun, heart-wrenching thing to observe: Saix followed Xemnas so closely because he was absolutely convinced he was the one who had moved Her. Xemnas/Ansem/Xehanort was convinced that Ansem the Wise had moved her. Ansem freaked out at her disappearance and called a halt to all experimentation. And in the end we learned that it was Luxu who moved her secretly. So much panic and heartache was caused by this one movement. Also something you should do that you've completed KH3 entirely (lore-wise at least): play or view 358/2 Days again, and pay closer attention to the scenes with Axel and Saix. Their movements and words to one another through that story take on an entirely new depth. For example: while Xemnas ordered them to search for the Chamber of Waking presumably to find Ventus, perhaps Saix and Lea thought he may have put Her there.

My personal theory, the mystery girl is ava who somehow came through time and lost her memory like most people are saying. However to go further than that, i also think that ansem hid her heart inside kairi much like how sora had a bunch of hearts secretly sleeping inside of him. Kairi was in the castle at the very time the girl vanished, after which she was quickly sent away to the destiny islands. She also said "my memory of back then is hazy", a very weird line and the way she said it just has to mean more than "it was a long time ago, cant remember". Plus finally her outfit in kh3 just happened to be pink with fox ears on the hood, theres way too many coincidences here not to be something

It could very well be Ava like other people are saying, but I remember Nomura saying something about Strelitzia still having a role to play and that it would be in KH3 a few months back (though I could be remembering wrong.) And with all of the next hints to the next saga implied by Xemnas, Xigbar and Larxene and think it could very well be her. I know she pretty much died, but it's not exactly impossible to come back from the dead in Kingdom Hearts.

Xigbar took Skuld away which makes me believe that Sklud might be on one of the pieces that fights Sora I hope because I really don't want to fight Skuld as an enemy. The four friends she talking about one definitely Emphera. The others are probably Ven, Luriam and last I'm because the Union X but protagonist is consider as a friend to Sklud and there's Brain. Just so you know, Subject X is widely theorized to be Skuld, indeed from Union X. It was also basically unofficially confirmed from a fan translation of Axel’s character file from Japanese, as the specific detail of Subject having ‘black hair’ is only in the Japanese version of the game. Skuld has black hair. It could be Ava, because we have never seen her hair, but she died with the other Foretellers in the Keyblade War. Nomura is probably literally about to confirm in one of his games that Subject is Skuld.

One of the DLC will definitely be covering the Subject X mystery through Lea’s perspective. Pure speculation based on the tweet coming from Quinton Flynn (VOA for Lea) and the fact that there’s so much wiggle room for additional content covering Subject X. I mean imagine playing through those moments trying to sneak into the castle as Lea. On another note, when Namine returns as a replica this implies that Kairi must’ve sparked. I speculate that it specifically occurs when Sora successfully rescues her and somehow manages to “Thank Namine” in that moment. What do you guys think?

I think it's more like ... 1. Sora gone to save Kairi 2. Kairi returned, but Sora don't 3. The Scientists do surgery on Kairi, taking Namine's heart 4. Namine restored So no ... It seems Sora hasn't say "thank you" to Namine yet ...

While it is more likely to be someone else, it would be intriguing if it was Ava.

I would say that its a pretty good bet that the mysterious girl who was friends with Isa, and Lea is most likely Ava. The reason i say this is because in the report 1 it says "Four friends, and a key...that is the sum total of my memory." And with Luxu coming to see this person after a while, it just makes sense along with what Luxu said in the epilogue

It is in my firm belief that the mysterious girl they speak of is Ava. From the four friends and the fraze "May your heart be your guiding key" it becomes apparent that she somehow got sent forward in time while forgetting her memories along the way. While it doesn't specify anything, it at least is one of the most prominent of evidence. Not everyone in the series has just four friends in their group. The key she mentioned could be her own keyblade or the X-blade.

The right hand man that Vexen was talking about was Saix/Isa not Xigbar. Hence why he said Xemnas's instead of Xehanort's right hand man. This was hinted several times in the game itself during the Demyx & Vexen scene, Lea & Isa Se Salt Clock Tower scene, and others. Also the three hearts that were in Sora were Ventus, Roxas, and Xion.

The mystery girl is ava. Her husk is nemnie, and her heart is kairi. Kairi has no memories of before the islands. But aqua remembered her. Xenort had "other" people to experimented on. Kairi was first seen in radiant garden were the experiments was happening. She lost her memories through madness. And she hallucinated her grandmother out of fear.

Actually Xion and Roxas were the first 2(the report was just written prior to her waking up), and the one that was there the longest was Ventus. And I have a theory that the girl was Ava and becomes Kairi. Kairi left the castle at a time when Lea and Isa were already chased off, her memory didn't stabilize until she reached Destiny Islands, and her age reverting was likely due to extended time lost in the Realm of Darkness.

Cynical, the one who approached Vexen with the deal wasn't Xigbar, it was Saix. Vexen said it was someone younger than him (Xigbar is about as old as Vexen), and more importantly, he said it was Xemnas' right-hand man. Xigbar was Xehanort's 2nd In Command, but if you remember from 358/2 Days, Xemas' 2nd was always Saix (even though he didn't have the number '2' like Xigbar). It also makes sense since Saix's true goal was always for the girl; Vexen mentioned in a cutscene that the one who approached him for this deal "wants to atone too," so it has to be Saix. And as everyone else already said, 3rd heart in Sora is VERY CLEARLY Xion, she has "been in his heart for nearly as long [as Roxas]," which is NOT Ven because Ven entered Sora's heart when he was a little kid.

I’m pretty sure that unknown heart within Sora is Xion’s, seeing as no one remembers a name upon which to refer to her. The heart inside her replica was from the past, and once Roxas’s voice “sparked” her memories back up, her past-heart returned to its own time and her present-heart jumped from Sora and into her new body. The same ordeal sparked Roxas’s heart to jump into a nearby replica and Ventus’s heart had already jumped back into his own body before the New Keyblade War had begun. Another reasoning behind this is that the 10th report states both Roxas’s heart, and that of the unknown one, had both resided inside Sora for nearly the same amount of time, with Xion’s original body dying around 8-9 days before Roxas returned to Sora in KHII. The heart that’d been around much longer was obviously Ventus’s, as 11 years is significantly longer than the almost year Xion and Roxas were within Sora.

I think "Subject X" is actually Ava. Think about it like this, in the first secret report, all she remembers is she has 4 friends (which can refer to the other union leaders) and a key. Aka, her keyblade. She also uses the phrase "May your heart be your guiding key" which obviously means she's from that time (although that was obvious already) but also out of all the masters at the end of the game during the epilogue, Ava was the only one who wasn't there and Xigbar (or Luxu) knows why. Based on these pieces of info I'm certain Ava is the missing girl, or "Subject X" as she's referred to in the secret reports.

There's the heart of Roxas, he gets his spark during the Keyblade Graveyard and goes to his replica that was prepared. There's the heart that has been there nearly as long. That is Xion, because she went to Sora's heart at nearly the same time as Roxas. How she came back is unknown until the DLC is released. There's a 3rd heart that has been there much longer. That is Ventus, when his heart joined with Sora over 10 years ago. He gets his spark to awaken during the fight between Aqua and Vanitas when he sees Aqua in danger and knows he has to wake up.

The third heart WAS Xion. It wasn't made clear, but her heart transferred to the replica through Sora's keyblade as they crossed swords. This was clarified in an interview. Hope they make a patch to make the game show this more clearly.

Ava is the unknown girl because she is from the kh (ki) timeline which is the foretellers timeline. Plus her only words were "may your heart be your guiding key" Which is what the master of masters always told them. I believe her losing her memory and everything that she has gone through has something to do with her role.

I think the hidden girl, shrouded in mystery is in fact Ava. and that is why she is the only one who does not make an appearance at the end if KHIII. I also think her heart is the strange one with no memory that you can talk to as Sora when we "Die" .

The part about Xion(No. i). The i (I want to say) refers to the imaginary number: square root of -1. Makes sense since Xion might as well be imaginary after she died. P.S: watching and commenting at the same time. So at around the 19 min part, I'm pretty sure it was siax that offered vexen that deal considering that one scene in the graveyard when siax and vexen are talking to each other.
