Excellent review Gamesky; I actually provided feedback to Cleer Audio regarding a couple of the same things you pointed out in this review. That I thought the sounds was very balanced but the ANC needs work and the max volume was a tad bit too low for my taste. To their credit, I received a response back within 24 hrs telling me that the team's engineers have been informed. Possible firware update coming?

Now that I own several pairs of true wireless earbuds I get less disappointed if they don't have Anc. Because I have plenty of ANC options. But wireless charging is even more important because I have more and more charging pads to accommodate all the earbuds.

I want Cleer Audio to reach 15h (ANC on) with their next Ally Plus release. That would be a sweet spot in terms of battery life.

The JLab epic Air sport gets 15 hours although I'm not sure if that's with or without ANC. It's like a 15/75 combo.

Why are all these earbuds coming with all fancy stuff and they NEVER have multi point pairing. Such a shame. I've seen $10 wrap around earbuds support 2-3 devices. AT THE SAME DAMN TIME!!! YIKES. Their sound is also not bad either. Mics are definitely crap though

I suspect it must be very hard to get multi-point charging on the earbuds. It's not uncommon on neck bands. For instance SoundCore has multi point on their neck bands and they're over ear headphones. But despite having basically every other feature on their flagship earbuds they don't have any with multi point. The LG tone flex next band has multi point too. It's possible they're true wireless options have it but I haven't looked into it. I think Jabra is basically the only company but multi-point but you can correct me if I'm wrong.

@@michaelcorcoran8768 yes Jabra has it. And LG's new earbuds coming out can connect up to 5 devices, with support for Google fast pair and Microsoft swift pair. Upon my research and reading tons of articles. Even bluetooth 4.0 supports it. So they all concluded that is not that the technology is not supported by current bluetooth standards, companies simply don't want to implement it. That's all.

They have great anc but my problem with them is that they disconnect from my smartphone randomly while I'm using them which is not good, and they also hurt my ears depending on the eartips I have in. As much as I want to live the xm4s I can't just say they are the best even at anc because soundcore liberty air 2 pro does a damn good job at the anc also for a much cheaper price, and the cleers aren't that much behind, (I bought all o these earbuds by the way)
