I remember gushing the skullcandy earbuds because of the edgy and colorful design. But when it finally came in stock in local apple store and able to try most of the line up, came fall short because of the sound they produce. It was so bad I haven't take a glimpse on skullcandy since.

I have the Mod XT earbuds. They are good when you're listening to music on your phone, but these are absolutely AWFUL when you're playing games or watching videos on your PC. The there is a near 1 second delay when it comes to performing an action and hearing the sound. In fact, stay away from any bluetooth device when gaming. Just use some wired headsets.

My mods lasted bout a year, submerged fully in water, the mesh on both fell off and one fell in water with the mesh off, but still worked perfectly fine after a little dry off

@@Raffferr when I say the tape works like new, I mean it's genuinely the same as factory, but it's bcs of the way they designed the hinge, doesn't feel flimsy till it starts cracking

I have Sesh buds. With extra foams they stay in my ears excellent, better than my Beats Flex and Anker Liberty 2 Pro. Sound of them is quite good too compare to those two. Terrible is battery time around ~2h and case design was bad because sometimes one bud was not charge (solved this with piece of black tape 😁). For price which I paid in 2020 (100zl = 22$) they are still good..

I own eleven pairs of earbuds ... ten of which I have to lick my fingers in order to remove them from the case. Having large fingers , I often struggle taking them out. The way these seem to "stand" up in their case looks interesting.

Just a personal opinion, your channel is mostly dedicated for audio earbuds/ earphone reviews, It would be a great investment to buy a Binaural Microphones so that your viewers can "listen" to the different sound stage of the product you are reviewing (of course the sound varies due to what you are listening it with...duh), rather than explaining it in words purely based on what you hear, it would be good for your viewers to experience them..I mean you could even compare different earbuds/ earphone sound quality too and I'm sure it would definitely help with the channel. I really like the look of these, decent battery life, NC / Transparency modes but skull candy needs to move away from that button control. Touch controls are top tier I have a pair by ToZo around the same price range and they are a dream. Really thinking about grabbing the Sony Link buds S for my Birthday.

Great review and video on these. It seems they are in an odd place. I have used skullcandy since 2006 and I have seen them re-release similar designs under a different name like the spoke and vinyl. Or the indy and indy Evo the stem is slightly different so you can not use the same case. They now have a sesh anc that for the price... I am not sure.

You will always have alot of disappointments. You have to listen to more than one review. I love Keith but I have had some purchases that imo were straight garbage. It's all preference. Sennheiser m3 lol wish I had huge ass ears
