water intake depends on diet and life style . my family has been following Natural life style more than 8 years and enjoy medicine free life style , water intake only 300ml max per day . my diet plane as below: morning any green vegetable juice such as petha juice( ash gourd) , seasonal fruits full stomach, mix salad( carrot, radish, coriander leaves, raw coconut ,tomato, capsicum, beans ) full stomach ,one time cooked food only.

Sir, my LDL came out high @150 HDL is low at 41 though all other parameters are fine, KFT - albumin/globulin ratio high as Albumin is border line high and Globulin is near the low band range - please advise if its necessary to take statins for LDL and for liver aspects what could be done to make leves better - any further tests that needs to be done? my other tests KFT CBC Urine all came out fine including Haemoglobin (15) Hb1Ac(5.4) and Fasting sugar (90) - Please advise !
