Not a fail at all! You took a risk, hit an obstacle, worked together and got out realtively unscathed--that's success! Great job. You'll remember that day for the rest of your lives--good times!

Absolutely correct about the fun and enjoying you have in the woods! Man, you did everything correct. Broke down in the creek? That's a moment in the woods you won't forget. It's great. I love going up to greenridge and camping for several days at a time. There's nothing like it. And that's exactly what those woods and Creeks are for. I crossed that Creek at the very same spot you were at. I made it through but I shorted out the dashboard on my pickup truck and had to have it repaired for 200 bucks. Anyhow happy trails and keep up your good attitude.

My aunt used to take my brothers and i camping in green ridge back in the 90s. Her stock 90 silverado 1500 had no issues with the crossing lol

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I just gotta jeep. It makes me want to be a little cautious from just watching all the videos that don't show no fails. I'm headed to the spot spot next month.

He went in way to fast you need to create a bow and stay just behind it that will keep it out of your intake

That's kind of weird, I live in Berkeley springs which is 25 miles from Paw Paw tunnel and the few times that I went there on the last year-and-a-half it did not have that plywood up even though the other end of it is fenced up. And I went to that same exact spot where the truck was trying to go across that Ford today. What a pretty place, especially when you go down a little bit further there is the swimming hole with trails nearby that looks like a great place to go to in the summertime! I want to upload a video but I really don't want to tell too many people about this place as I don't want them to spoil it. I've been on the other side of 15 Mile Creek going towards the Potomac River. In the beginning where is that low water bridge at that you crossed?? Funny thing I thought about going across that Creek today and decided not to because I thought I'll just go across the bridge instead! I mean it looked like I could cross it cuz of tire tracks and other people have done it. Good attitude and you're a good friend for helping your friend. Geez Walmart how to be far from that place. I mean how old was that truck? Usually older models have a distributor cap and they can die out if stuff gets wet but I didn't think it was that old. I'm so glad everything turned out okay.

Thanks for tuning in! It was an adventure alright haha. Walmart was about 30ish mins away, towards Cumberland. I still don't remember where that shallow crossing is myself! There's soooo much to explorer over there

How did you get the water out?

We removed all the spark plugs and cranked the engine, which shoots most of the water out of the cylinders
