Each of your hospitalisation departments need more “Advanced Diagnosis” doctors hiring, when your surgical teams are operating the 1 doctor or in some cases no doctor left looking after the patients on the wards are getting totally overwhelmed. Because the patients aren’t getting diagnostic tests done in a reasonable time their symptoms which aren’t being treated are becoming critical causing patients to collapse. You need to have 2 or 3 doctors trained in advanced diagnosis dedicate just to diagnosis on the wards so the symptoms will be uncovered and medication prescribed to resolve them. Also in your diagnosis rooms you can have more than one treatment table allowing you to have multiple patients in there at a time to be diagnosed. Also you need more doctors in the ICU as you have potentially 10 patients at a time. 1 doctor can’t see, diagnose and treat them all at the same time. Especially with them all collapsing at once. I’d hire two more doctors each for day and night and another nurse for day and night there too.

Dislocated my ulnar took 4 different people reading 6 different x rays to see what was wrong. So apparently a lot harder than you think. Also it hurt in your wrist the worse but super hard to move your elbow

You can add interior lights to each room so every location is lit up all the time.

Ah! You recommended this earlier. I think it would be rather odd for a patient to meander into a hospital lab and take a seat, I think having them wait in the waiting area and then collect their result from the door makes much more sense!

here is me again annoyingly suggesting to educate staff. I do wonder though-training your staff gives a 10% chance each time to remove a negative trait, but for someone marked "Fresh parent", does that go away eventually on its own? And I wonder if Fresh Parent trait can be added to someone who wrote a letter to the stork?

Problem boss. It is very dangerous to put a table of fruit, and donuts outside of a bathroom lol. People already dont wash their hands. Now they will not wash their hands, then go outside the bathroom and grab some self serve donuts and fruit. Thats not very sanitary lol. And you would hope everybody would use the tongs or paper towel to grab theirs, but its a hospital. People are rushing, afraid, angry. Most people wont wash their hands, and most people wont think to use paper towel before grabbing a donut lol. You are about to create more sick people. I guess which is more money for you lol but ugh.

That's a very good point about the handwashing! Although I think in game terms they're just decorative, they won't have any impact on health or anything like that.

I thought the same, Penge's hospital would be closed in two seconds by fiscalization in real life Hahahahah Those fruit juices and donuts at open air where people are sick and next to a bathroom, a door leading to the outside in a emergency room and even the lovely plants would be bad in a real hospital, because plants can bring allergenics and other biological risks to a place that should be extremely sanitary. But I guess that in the game that doesn't matter, so plants in every room please.
