The advice about starting from the bottom when you are perfectionistic and it feels like you don’t have enough time or resources really helped me. It's called "The Last Guardians of Atlantis" and it's about a university student, Noah Stevenson, who finds himself in a middle of an ancient Atlantean prophecy of the return of the Anunnaki, beings hell-bent on conquering the world! The only way to stop them is to find mystical stones called "Arcs" to get the powers of a Guardian, ancient protectors of Atlantis! Noah and an unlikely group of allies must trek around the world to find the Arcs and become Guardians! It's a YA/NA, sci-fi action-adventure novel blending ancient myth with modern-day action!
