Xander Berkley *IS* Mysterio, the incantations and mannerisms are spot on and unlike others he doesn't need effects or filters for his voice. Of the filtered voices, David Kaye is the best, he gets better with every performance and has grown quite well into the role. As for live action, Jake Gyllenhaal was incredible for Mysterio's long awaited live action debut. The illusions he pulled off in "Far From Home" were truly befitting of the character. Paul Scheer works for the "reformed" Mysterio we saw in Ultimate Spider-Man, and Tom Kenny could easily take to the role if he got more material and direction.
