Thank you for making this video. For the longest time I was thinking that MCU Mysterio was going to be a massive departure from the essence of the character, when in reality the plot is remarkably similar to his very first story arc in the comics. Marvel Studios know their stuff. And speaking of them, I'd just like to point this out: Marvel Studios have made Mysterio a compelling and intimidating lead antagonist who will likely be so again in another film; Sony wanted to make him a comic relief cameo for a fun start to Spider-Man 4. I mean come on.
