What a fascinating business! I can definitely see it being a lucrative enterprise with the right investment, infrastructure and more advanced management practices. I love his comment focused on training! I can see a GC farm being adjacent to a meat processing facility, which results in a clean product that gets seasoning, vacuum sealed, frozen and distributed out to the target client base.
