I have been chanting these slokams for the past 3 days for 3 times a day and my pain in the back joint and in the neck has almost vanished. Doctors, after x-ray, advised to do yoja and physical upper body exrercises for some relief, as permanent relieve is not possible. Hours of sitting in chair one position in office has somewhat deformed the spinal cord structure. Also, as I am taking care of everything at home too, I am susceptible to infections.
