Noteworthy: the "stop drop and roll" thing actually grants an additional flat check without needing to take damage. So at 2:11:09, Eris would have 1) stop, dropped, and rolled (lowering the DC to 10), 2) made a DC 10 flat check to stop the fire, then (assuming she failed at point 2) 3) took fire damage, then 4) made ANOTHER DC 10 flat check to stop the fire.

I wished they read the spells more thoroughly. Shadow Syphon, if that is what he is casting, treats the counteract level as two higher. Also, on a successful counteract with anything, you counteract the effect up to one level higher or below. A 6th level spell could counteract a 7th level spell.

Yah it was Shadow Syphon. Joe has cast it several times and remembered the +2. Not surprised, the +2 part is the last line. If nothing else, they are consistent.

Hallucination was a bad spell to use in the first place, it has the Incapacitation trait which makes it almost useless on a higher level enemy unless they roll a nat 1.

She can't use unique familiar abilities but the familiar is only needed for learning new spells and daily preparations. She's good to cast away Undying: If your familiar dies, your patron replaces it during your next daily preparations. The new familiar might be a duplicate or reincarnation of your former familiar or a new entity altogether, but it knows the same spells your former familiar knew regardless. Your familiar's death doesn't affect any spells you have already prepared. Straight from the nethys

It's part of the live shows unique vibe It makes the players take more risks and play a certain way If you don't want to watch them drink just watch all the other shows they do This is so much a part of the live shows it would take away the unique flavour of this incredibly popular game Bear in mind that a huge amount of players drink or get high while playing so it also reflects the reality of how a bunch of folk play
